I was extremely impressed from the moment I entered the salon. So professionally presented. Everything in its place, so clean, tidy and welcoming. During my wonderful experience I witnessed all the staff, who I asked why so many, and I was delighted to know they were all apprentices at varying stages. At no time did they stop - from attending clients, cleaning, tidying and assisting each other. Very impressive. Keep up the great work Epic - hairdressers of the future with excellent skills and work ethic

After a not so great experience, I visited Aimee at the Greenslopes location. What an amazing experience I had! All the staff were super friendly and very welcoming. Amie was amazing at listening to what style I was wanting to achieve. I was really hesitant about coming in but half way through the appointment I had decided to rebook. One very happy customer!

I attended this salon multiple times leading up to my wedding in 2019 to work on adding depth and blonde layering to my hair - was so happy with the service and end result. Since then I have returned with both of my children - 3yo girl and 8m old boy - to both have haircuts. The ladies were amazing and so patient with both of them and very engaging. Cannot recommend them enough!!
